Neighbors - Each year LC Master Gardeners sell vege and herb plants to raise funding for programs for the year. With the cancellation of the Leesburg Flower & Garden Festival, we are doing our best to find creative ways to market our plants. Personally, I've been raising Fish peppers under lights in my basement. If you would be interested in purchasing any of these pepper plants, please send me a PM. They are about 6" tall and in 3.5" pots. The cost is $3.50/plant. Details on this amazing variety:

Hi Dawne, The link you sent did not work. Can you try posting photos?

How soon do the plants need to be repotted?

Yeah, they closed their site. These are 5000-30000 scoville units, so a bit spicy. Very unusual pepper and variegated plant.

They can stay in current pots until planted outside. Not hardened off. Wait to plant after Mother’s Day, unless you put milk jug greenhouses on them.

Attached photos shows them before transplanted into 3.5” pots. Also see this one:

Same as any other pepper, full sun is great. They do well in containers outside, too.

Please note these plants are not hardened off. You’ll want to put them outside for an hour during the day- increasing the time by a couple hours each day for about 4 days. Otherwise, the shock from indoor temps to sudden outdoor could stunt growth or kill them (especially with current temps).
I recommend a sunny windowsill until after May 1.
