    On Friday, Feb 19th at 10:25 a red Prius swerved through our lawn and killed our mailbox. The driver did not stop and we have ring footage We also have a witness who saw the car speeding away. If it’s you please don’t make me call the sheriff, you can either stop by to make amends or even use Venmo to send me the money that it’ll take to replace the new mailbox.
    FYI we just paid for the post to be refinished and a new mailbox installed in October!. Please have a heart and own your mistake on your own.

    Agree with PDILLM.... hope you have the license plate it will be easy. Getting them to pay up may be a matter of a small claims lawsuit though.

    FWIW, it has been posted on the Broadlands Mom's site that the individual showed up the next day and apologized. They said they would pay for all the damages.
