No Longer a Broadlands Homeowner

    26 years we have owned in Broadlands, one of the 1st 100 families. As of today, we are no longer homeowners. We decided to sell while the market was STUPID and we bought a home south of Jacksonville, Fl. We will miss this community very much.

    We have been in a couple before, but yes, this is our 1st in Fl. We didn't get hit too bad, just a few inches of rain and 35-45 gusts.
