We live on Park Brooke Court in Southernwalk and are in the middle of a basement reno project. We have a large dumpster in our driveway for the construction debris. This morning (Sunday, 11/21) between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM a male individual not related to our project dumped approximately 15 black constriction bags, a toilet, sink, drywall, tile and wood debris in our dumpster. The amount of debris completely filled the remaining space we had left in the dumpster for our project.

Thankfully, this individual was kind enough to leave a receipt from Lowes on one of the boxes they discarded. The receipt has their last name (or possibly their client's last name) and order information from Lowes. I will be reporting this to the Loudoun County Sheriff's office and will provide the receipt from Lowes. I don't think it should take them too long to identify the individual responsible.

If anyone reading this has an idea of who it might be, I would appreciate the information. Contact me at ropes2010@gmail.com.

    Thanks
