Need Advice ISO : Master Electrician

    Anyone know of a professional/master electrician that is familiar with commercial structures that is willing to spare their time for 15-30 mins phone conversation? Specifically looking to understand some operational/maintenance aspects of ballast based lighting systems. I volunteer at a non profit community center, and in need of some advice. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
