After sitting out the spring - we decided to give the revamped OTL a try this summer - bad decision.

The coaches do not hold the kid’s attention. We are in week 5 or 6 now, and they don’t know the kid’s names and vice versa - they never even introduced themselves- it was just straight into drills!

Coach Don knew how to engage the kids and keep them interested and made sure things were fun. The new team is the opposite of fun - we’ve gone from the kids wanting to go play to them dreading it and asking to skip.

Needless to say, we won’t be back. Can anyone post Coach Don’s contact info?

Wow- more residents bare unhappy with the “new” tennis company.

I can’t fathom why owner of company isn’t doing anything to resolve recurring problems? Guess they aren’t listening to their clientele?

Can’t HOA observe sessions and confirm the observations and issue a contractual request to resolve recurring problems or terminate contract for cause? Just wondering here. Poor neighbors spending hard earned $$$ only to be frustrated. I wouldn’t blame them for taking their business to another tennis instructor outside Broadlands. Just sad.

I'm a member of the Broadlands tennis committee and we would be very interested in feedback (positive & negative) from students and parents of students taking tennis lessons through On the Line Tennis. I was actually at the courts Wednesday evening trying to talk to parents about their child's experience with the lessons. Unfortunately, I only talked to 3 people as most parents were in their cars. I'll be up there again a couple evenings next week (probably not Wednesday since I was there that night last week) if you'd like to talk in person. There is also a tennis committee meeting once a month which is posted on the Broadlands HOA website (the August meeting is TBD) and any resident can attend that. Other options for communication with us are to send an email to broadlandstennis@gmail.com or you can DM me on this website. Any type of feedback is welcome!
