    Hi all,

Is anyone aware of existing guidance regarding storing bicycles outside of the home? I'm in a Southern Walk Townhouse and the kids are getting larger and so is all of their stuff; including the bikes.

These things are taking over the garage and hard to access when the kids want to take them out. I'd like to set up a bike rack in the driveway in front of the garage doors.

I didn't see any specific mention of bike racks in the list of design guidelines.

No, they can't be stored in open view. From the design guidelines on play equipment: "Portable play equipment that is easily transportable, such as hockey/soccer nets, lacrosse nets, baseball nets, bikes or scooters, does not require approval but must be stored out of open view when not in use"

You could try rubbermaid type shed under your deck for bike storage? Or put other items in the shed (Lawn stuff) and put the bikes in garage?
