Contact info for Patriot windows

I have a 2005 Van Meter house with a single window with a broken seal. I contacted VM to find out who made the windows and was told it was Patriot Windows. VM didn't have a contact number and my searches on the web have not been successful. Does any have a valid number. I simply want to replace the upper glass and not replace whole window let alone a whole house worth.

 

What is the dimensions of your upper glass & grid count?

 

@Glen Krogh American Screen & Glass in Sterling can do glass repair and seal replacement regardless of who originally manufactured or installed the window. We used them to do something similar about 10 years ago when we first moved in.
