    Saturday, July 16th
    11am - 4pm
    Counterstrike: Source!

    What: LAN Gaming Party
    Who: Everyone! Bring a friend!
    What: Playing Counterstrike: Source (comes with Half Life 2)
    Where: Broadlands Community Center (next to the gas station)
    Bring: Your PC, CS: Source installed and ready to go, Monitor, headphones (no speakers please), keyboard, mouse, mousepad, power strip.

    We will have free pizza and drinks.

    Is anyone playing Battlefield 2? It just came out a couple of weeks ago and its much better than old Battlefield 1942. Graphics and multiplayer gameplay are awesome. Built in VOIP allows for more coordinated squad play. Plus if you like to drive tanks, copters, or jets there is a opportunity to do so. It would be my vote for Julys LAN party.

    Not a big fan of it. Tried the demo but got bored quickly. I don't think I'll be buying the full version. I loved BF42 and Hated BF:V. Seems to me to just be a polished desert combat.
