    Wow, glad I saw this and yes I am interested in finding out more and tasting more too... interesting idea, Derek has a wife, that helps him find others to come drink his beer. Nice!

    But seriously, I have brewed before, and help my brother any chance I get to make his award winning Double chocolate Imperial stout. And I suggest Derek and team organize a tasting event? Then we can go from there, maybe a "club" or some kind of brewing network can get off the ground.
