New garage door

    We have a single car garage townhouse that needs to be replaced. Has anyone does this before or does anyone have a referral? It is a Miller & Smith townhome. Thank you very much.

    I'll pretty much tackle any home improvement chore, but installation/maintanance of spring loaded garage doors is something I'd leave to professionals. Too dangers to tackle by an amateur. Off hand, I don't know of a professional outfit that can help.

    We've used the installers from Lowes, and they are very good. Lowes guarantees the work, so you're covered.

    One more thing, if you're going to change the look or color of the door, you'll need to get it approved by the Modifications Subcommittee.
