Went back again Tuesday night - really wanted to give it another try. Daughter ate her mac and cheese. I thought my Gyro was better then what I had before but still unimpressed. I thought the waiter was attentive so the service was good. They brought out the kids meals first too. I would go there if someone else wanted to but on my own - probably would opt not to. So I give it a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1-10 but again I am very biased having had really good food from L. Taverna.

ditto.... service was good, but food is so-so :( I love gyros and Knossos in leesburg shut down :( and the gyros at mezza are ok, but the [SIZE=-1]tzatziki sauce is a bit different and takes getting used to. I also tried the beef shalarma (sp) and it was decent, but not as flavorful/marinated as it could have been

Well add us to the list. My wife and I went there tonight for dinner. Wow was the food good. Our server was probably the best we've had in the ashburn area and the food was outstanding. I had the Doner Kabob and it was served over a soft pita and not the crunchy pita. It was very very good.

I highly recommend this place. The only thing my wife and I learned tonight is that the portions are enough for us to order one entree and that will be enough for both of us. I had the kabob and she had a salad and we ended up taking home half of my meal.

    Service was outstanding. Great place.

I had the chance to dine at Mezza the other night, and the service was fantastic. Food presentation and quality were GREAT!! I would suggest to anyone, try it out. Great job to the owner Rober and his daughter Sue...

Went last night. Thumbs up for the food but the service was a tad lacking.

My wife and I have gone 3 or 4 times. Food and service are great. FYI, the Lebenese salad is great. Don't know what the dressing is but it's really good.

Tried out Mezza Grill when we learned the wait at San Vito was an hour. We were seated promptly. The menu selection was fantastic, and our orders arrived very quickly. Excellent flavor, quality, and portion size. Good atmosphere. If these guys keep it up, they will be around for a long time.

We tried the Mezza Grill tonight and were not impressed at all! They brought out the wrong appetizer and realized after we had already started. When dinner arrived, only one of the four dishes was what we actually ordered and even that (which was a chicken dish) didnt have chicken! Someone other than our server came out and actually wrote down what we ordered and promised they would get it correct. After more waiting (with two toddlers getting extremely cranky), we got the news that the chicken dish (which arrived without the chicken) was no longer available so instead we were presented with a meal we didnt even order. Finally after even more waiting, we asked about the whereabouts of our meals, as well as boxes to go. When the bill arrived, we noticed we were charged for the items we ordered but never got, as well as the dishes that were given to us but we never ordered! Someone took some of the charges of the bill but in the end, we came out of the place without having eaten, having to pay $21! What a nightmare!! As we were leaving we also overheard a family behind us also going through a similar mix up. Although the staff were extremely appologetic, the system was horrible. Not sure we will run back anytime soon!

Wow, My wife and I were there tonight as well and had a very different experience. The service was very prompt, the food we excellent, and I never had an empty drink glass. Sorry to hear you had a mix up.

Went there for lunch and was less than impressed by the service. We ordered, but the waitress had to come back at least 2-3 times to ask again what we ordered. Water glass sat empty and was slow to be refilled after asking. I could understand this if it was busy, but there was only 3 tables of people. I will go back, but if my experience is the same a few more times I'll stop going.

This is the second Sunday Mezza has spammed every car in the parking lot of my church while we were inside at Mass. I understand they’re trying to drum up business, but I don’t like junk stuck under my wiper blades. And why twice? It's the same people every Sunday.

we dined there last night and is was really good food. we also enjoyed the turkish coffee- WOW. the service was good and friendly- not without mistakes but nothing major. we liked the fact that all 3 meals had disctinctly different flavors- they don't just throw the same seasonings on different meats and call it a day.

    we'll definitely go back again!

Just tried out Mezza Grill via carry-out tonight and I was thoroughly impressed. We had the Chicken Kabob entree, the Pasticho, and the Spanikopita. All were excellent. We have a winner!

More Kudos for Mezza Grill. Had breakfast there this morning. Yummy! Good service, more "home cooked" that IHOP and not expensive. Also, not packed at all.
