Does anyone know of a working mom's club or would like to start one with me?

    HHI and others--

Yes, there are Moms Groups for Working Mothers too. Check out my threads "Helpful Hints (Sites)" where I posted resources for Moms Groups (SAHM and WAHM or Working Moms) and "Moms Groups for Working and Non-Working Mothers".

Any other info--just ask and I will provide info.

    Have a good day--

Hi there, I would be very interested in a working moms club. I don't see anything under helpful hints but food sites though. Where can I find working moms groups? Thanks!

You have to scroll down to the bottom. Although, I'm looking for one that is for working mom's in Ashburn.

    :D SMHEESE, HHI, and others--

Yes, I posted alot of information. Check out my thread entitled--
"Moms Groups for Working and Non-Working Mothers".

Also, you can obtain alot of info on local happenings, schools info, camp resources, and calendar of events for families and women in Metro DC, MD, and VA areas on the following sources which are published magazines and have online sites--

www.washingtonfamily.com (Washington Familymagazine has local events, resources, etc.)

www.washingtonparent.com (Washington Parent also same with events, articles, etc. Different publisher.)

www.washingtonwoman.com (Washington Woman has news, events, info, etc.)

Also, you can subscribe to above-mentioned publications or pick-up the magazines FREE at local libraries, Barnes & Noble bookstores, etc. The publications also have great articles for all interests. The web sites do not list all the info that the magazines offers in its "hard copy" issues monthly.

Anymore questions--ask and I will post info or PM.

Our group is called the "Working Mothers Network" and you can look us up at http://www.workingmothersnetwork.org. We are a grassroots support group that just started this year in the Broadlands area. We meet at the Broadlands Community Center.

Our next meeting will be held on September 13, 7pm - 9pm. We hope to see you there!
