Free Kids Yoga Demonstrations

    I will be offering free Yoga Classes for Kids this coming Friday, the 14th, at Studio Bleu in Ashburn. Mommy and me class at 9:15 and Preschool class(ages 3-5) at 10:15.

    I will also be offering free demos at WOW Work Out World in Ashburn on Thursday the 20th in the afternoon. 4-4:30(ages 3-5), 4:45-5:15(ages 6-10) and 5:30-6(ages 11-15). Please call or visit my website if you would like to attend.

    I will be starting fall sessions at both locations the weeks after the demos.
