Has anyone tried this place? Wondering if it's worth it to sign up for a class or just try a video and practice at home. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

I go there twice a week. Once for the chair class and once for the mat class. Class size is limited to 7 I think.

I like it. There is another pilates studio in "old town ashburn" (right...) that caters to the reformer/cadillac and has no mat classes. It's also by appointment only.

I go there twice a week also. Love it, love it, love it. Kelli is awesome & I've lost a lot of weight in the year I've been going. I highly recommend it.

so at once or twice a week practicing in the studio, how long before you start to see results (tone wise or weight wise)?
