This afternoon accident!!!

Anyone know what happend on what looked to be the corner of Ashburn Village and Murder Dr.

Ashburn Village was shut down and a bunch of emergency vehicles and a life flight helicopter landed.

A construction worker fell about 20 feet and had some pretty severe head injuries.

 

What is sad then when someone is that hurt they usually stop the construction site at least until the severely injured is removed. I noticed driving by most of the workers from waxpool were still working. Which tells me this developer is so worried about getting done that nothing will slow this project down. Like I said before this project went from slowly moving to moving at the speed of light. Personally I believe that is a sign the developers know the economy is going to weaken much further around here and must finish as fast as possible to try to get what few leases there is going to be in the next few years.

I have always believed there is something weird (even supernatural) about the Red Rum Dr area (Murder Dr) From the extra high street sign to the name and I can't find anyone who knows why it was named as such including the developer and she, St John will not return calls. All very odd!!!!!

Lee, ol pal. I said this once before and thought I'd mention it again....you're a little too obsessed with Red Rum Drive. Let it go, man, let it go!!! Big breath in, big breath out....all will be okay..........

 

Cliff I will never end my quest to keep Loudoun beautiful, whether Red Rum or any where in the county or coming up with solutions to have the flex people build beautifully and harmoniously and with their neighbors. I am almost finished on working on a design proposal for the red rum/waxpool property across from me that would be a win win for everyone And used as an example for many flex projects in the county. Then on to other parts of the county and other types of development. Decided to lead by example and walk my talk.

I'm just saying...if Lee suddenly decides to build an evergreen maze in his yard and it snows...I"M NOT GOING OVER THERE.

 

It did snow on my birthday this year Dec 5 does that count
