Oral Surgeon recommendation?

Hi,
I'm limited to a list of oral surgeons for a surgery I need done to those that accept my insurance, and are close enough to my workplace or home to consult.

Is anyone familiar with:

Dr James Pell in Reston, VA
Drs. Schwartz, Funari, Poshni, Chen in Rockville, MD
Dr. Brian Robinson in Rockville, MD
Dr. Leonard Merlo in Rockville, MD

Just would like to know if they're good doctors, good surgeons, etc. Thanks for any input!

 

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Pell a few years ago. I can't say that I enjoyed the experience, but he was very professional, did a good job, and there were no complications.

Does anybody have any experience with Dr Suketu Patel/ Fusion Dental in Ashburn?

I am looking for an oral surgeon (for wisdom teeth) and the nearest oral surgeon (participating in my insurance) is Dr Suketu Patel - care to share your experience?

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Peter Smith on 2 different occasions. I did not want to be put to sleep and opted for local anesthetic bot times. I had no issues and no complications. I have recommended him to others and have no hesitation about recommending him here.

 

Thank you, JJB. Dr Smith's bio looks impressive. He even has good reviews in yelp and yahoo reviews. I'll probably give them a call this week.

 

I had wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Stuart Graves in Reston recently. Very competent and knowlegeable. The office does tend to run behind schedule, but not that much of an issue since you won't be doing too much else that day anyway.

 

I am looking for an oral surgeon again (for wisdom teeth) and this time it's for my 19 year old.
