Travel Agent Recommendations?

    I usually make all of our travel arrangements myself, but my family is planning an Alaskan cruise with about 20 of us in attendance. Royal Caribbean will only allow Travel Agents to handle groups, so I'm in need of one but I have no idea how to go about choosing one.

    If anyone has any recommendations they can pass along, I'd appreciate it. I noticed a recent ad from Karen Hart in the advertisers forum - has anyone had any experience with her? We had to book a cruise for a conference with someone from Cruises Inc. a couple of years ago and were not happy with them at all.

    The Washington Post Travel section had their Mega Travel 08 edition on Sunday. They listed travel agent referrals for all types of trips. You can probably find the entire section online.
