I have an old weight bench I need to throw away or give away. It is 8 years old, but in almost perfect condition. I have the accessories for it. It can accomodate the following exercises:
Bench, inclined bench, lats, curl, rows, squats, leg curl, leg lifts

No weights come with the bench. It only accomodates "standard" weights (1 inch hole in plates). There is some tape residue on the curling apparatus from when we moved. I never used that so I never took it off. The only caveat is that I ask you to disassemble and move, that way you know how to reassemble when you get it home. Here are pics of the system. I am getting rid of it because I have an olympic set now and have not used this in almost 3 years and we are getting ready to finish off our basement.
The bench is adjustable, the barbell stop is also adjustable.
Send me an email if interested. I reply faster to email, but will eventually check PMs. Please post all questions so others who have the same question can read them here. I will throw this out in 2 weeks if there is no interest.
    Thanks.

Is the bench still available? Is it very heavy?

I still have it. Its not heavy, it can be carried in several pieces without really unbolting much. I think the heaviest piece is about 50 lbs. Did you get to see the pictures? I think the link is at the bottom of the original post. Those are hollow steel tubes, you can see it is not a real heavy item.
