I'm looking to hire someone to re-caulk the exterior of my home and re-paint the trim. Anyone have names of folks they have used and would recommend (or warn about) and about what it might cost?

    Thanks!

he always does a wonderful job. Just one thing to note he is normally so booked up you may have to wait a little while but he is so worth it.

Ronald Jimenez at 703-932-0551 did a wonderful job on our house last year. He is so professional and very dependable. He has also done several smaller jobs inside our house, IE., replacing broken doors, and right now he is repairing some drywall in my basement bath. He will usually come out the very next day to take a look at the project and will email you a proposal. I got several quotes to do the house and he was the cheapest, but the quality was first rate. I found him through these forums, so other people in Broadlands have recommended him as well.

I've used Jon Miller for both exterior and interior work. They are great......very professional and do excellent work.

I used Mike Rosario, Broadlands Resident in the newsletter section. If you need his info, PM me. He came in cheaper then Ronald but Ronald threw in more work. In the end, I picked Mike because he also gave us advice on something and hubby needs help finishing the basement.
