So for those of you not in the loop, Pea was at G-town Hospital getting holes drilled in her head yesterday, to take samples of some kind of tumor, that is suppressing her speech, making her blackout at inconvenient times and messing with her sense of smell and taste. If everything went well she'd be out sometime today.

She has not felt well for 2-3 months, and had a hard bump on her head. Local doc at Inova didn't recognize what was going on! G-town doc new right away!

All the best to Pea! She's an amazing woman, and I can't see something like this slowing her down for long.

All the best for a speedy recovery.

I'm in Redon and I'll volunteer money from my bro as well, as I know he'll want to help. Just want Pea to know the KaosDogood ticket is united in helping our fellow neighbors :)

P.S. Kaos, just saw this and my wife asked why I laughed out loud. Nice touch, my friend.

Is Pea home now? Any update as to how it all went? My wife and I might just have to stop by to see her and lil pea so she can have a break for a bit.

Hi Folks - thank you all for the concern - this is why we LOVE broadlands and our neighbors.

Got home late yesterday, I am resting, trying to keep quite and manage the thunderstorm/pain in my head.

Luckily my friend has been in town since Tuesday, she is helping around the house, taking care of lil pea and the hubby.

Thank you again and we really feel lucky to live in a community that is so caring.

    Brassy and others--

We hope the pea is feeling better soon. Our prayers and blessing are with the pea and her family members. If you need any thing, please feel to PM us.

Even though we are busy on our farm with the Fall season fast approaching, I will be able to contribute in any possible.:)

    Blessings--

pea was sleeping when we delivered the fruit flower arrangement- which was beautiful- marshmallow stuffed strawberries, kiwi, melon, grapes and pineapple cut into cute floral shapes- but Mr. Pea sends his gratitude. She is doing well and li'l pea is just fine. also napping on this rainy day.

thanks to all who are contributing to the gift!

Thanks to all for the awesome fruit bouquet and thanks to Redon1 and clan for dropping it off. It was very thoughtful. Pea is still resting and should have more tests next week. So cross your fingers for simple results.

    Thanks,
