    There definately are traffic issues....Usually I can download from USENET at around ~750k/s and it's rock solid, but during the day it wildly fluctuates :( I hope they can fix it soon. But the prob is that we use VOIP, and while we do QoS on our LAN, Adelphia doesn't, so we're hosed a lot of the time :(
