We're going to Adventure Theatre in MD for Go, Dog, Go in November. Wondering how the seating works here? I think it's general admission. So for small children that would need to be close up front to see, just how early do you need to get online before the show?

Anything else to do in the area? I thought I saw it's by a park with a carousel, but not sure if that's open year round. We're going on 11/4.

    Thanks!

Thanks. I've been to the site, but do not see any information on the seating here, or any FAQ's that would tell me how early to line up. Wanted to hear from someone that's been there.

We've been there many times and it's a favorite of ours. The theatre is pretty small, and the seating is stadium like with one level per row, so your small child will be able to see from any seat. But if you want a front row center seat, you would probably want to get in line 15 minutes (20 max) early, but it's honestly not necessary. Go Dog Go is a repeat from a year or two ago which was brought back due to great reviews. They do have a carousel but it doesn't run all year long. They have a play area with a few swings and 1-2 things to climb on. If you are there on a weekend there is a childrens museum in Glen Echo Park as well. We haven't been there as we tend to go on weekdays when it is closed. Definitely bring a stroller as it is about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the theatre. They'll have you store it outside the theatre. There is also a stage outside the theatre that kids like to play on.
