I haven't played since I left England back in 2004 and I don't have any 'whites' or kit any more but I'd give it a go if you need an old, fat medium-pace 'trundler'. :) PM me if you get something going!

Funny you mentioned that... I just saw a group of guys playing cricket behind my House near Mill Run Elementary. That was just this past weekend... or was that you and some friends OHMH?

I would play trundler too! I would recommend taking a look over there this weekend, late in the day if that was not you. Maybe too hot but what the heck.

If you guys play, post the times and location, I would love to watch, I've seen one match before and I thought it was interesting.

Wow - this is "out there" enough to be interesting. I have no idea how to play or what a "trundler" is, but I have a goalie mask and a lacross stick - does that help?

Are you going to play those weekend-long contests (or whatever they are called)? I spent 2 1/2 years in London, right down the road from the Queen's cricket grounds in the West End and I still never figured that game out.

does anyone have a bat/wickets? We could use a tennis ball given that we have mainly "trundlers".

Potential time slot: Sat or Sun between 9 & noon
    Location: Hillside Baseball field

Actually, OHMH is my wife. Assuming we can arrange for equip, lets plan on meeting at the Hillside Elem baseball field at 9:00 on June 28. I will post a confirmation msg by June 25.

If this actually happens, please post the location and time in this thread. I'm sure some folks, including myself, wouldn't mind dropping by just to watch. I worked with quite a few cricket fanatics and would love to actually see in person what they keep bragging about at work!
