Looking for anyone with experience (good or bad) with Master Flooring and Design Center located in Ice Rink Plaza. I am going to replace the carpeting on the stairway from the main level to upstairs level. The entire main level is hardwood and the upstairs aisle/hallway is hardwood so I don’t have to match any existing carpet. I originally wanted as Asian/Oriental pattern-design but can’t do that because the width of these runners is fixed and the stair treads and angles on the landings require three different widths. Accordingly, it has to be custom. I have gotten 2 estimates thus far and do plan to get a couple more…but I have to admit, that so far I am pretty impressed with the way these guys have laid out the job and the detail on the estimate. Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with them?

PS I have read all of the threads on K&K and will get a quote from them. I am asking for feedback on Master Flooring Design Center.
