Has anyone gone through the process of getting a color approved via HOA? I need the work completed ASAP, and don't know if I have the time to go through the approval process.

I do want to stay above board, so was wondering if anyone has already gotten any particular deck stain choices approved. Our contractor wants me to pick one out from Sherwin Williams, but would like to know what I can use first.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Pretty much any natural or light colored "wood" stain would most likely be approved. You can send me your color samples and I will let you know what MY vote would be. Please remember that I am only one vote on a committee of 7.

Thanks for your quick reply Bob. I plan on going to SW tomorrow to pick out some samples, so I will upload them when I get a moment.

    Thanks again Sir!
