Ash Trees in Overland Park

    We live on Overland Park for the past 14 years and the Ash trees that both of the builders put in are now dying. Who is responsible for taking them down. They are on the easement and we never asked for a tree like that in our yard.

    If the tree is on your property, you are responsible for it, regardless of who planted it.
