Asphalt Rejuvenation Begins 10/10

    The asphalt rejuvenation in the Village Drive Towns and Milford Singles scheduled to begin on Monday, October 9th will be delayed due to anticipated rain. An update will be provided Monday once Tuesday's outlook is more definite. Vehicles do not need to be moved on Monday as no work will occur that day.

    Asphalt Rejuvenation Begins Tuesday 10/10

    Due to the weather, asphalt rejuvenation for Area A of Map 1 streets will begin on Tuesday, October 10 and continue into Wednesday, October 11. All vehicles must be removed from the streets and parking spaces, otherwise they will be towed at the owner’s expense. Please click on Map 1 to determine which streets are part of Area A. We will continue to post updates based on upcoming weather conditions.

    What to expect:

    • October 10th Area A – By 7:00 AM, Remove all cars & close down the parking lot. Clean & apply the asphalt Rejuvenator. Leave closed down for over night.
    • October 11th Area A –At 7:00 AM Crack Seal & Repaint and open to traffic once paint dries.

    Is the schedule for Areas B & C being moved? or not?

    Phases B and C are on hold as of 10/10 due to expected precipitation 10/11 and 10/12. UPDATE: 'AREA A' is complete and once barricades are removed, streets are open to drive on.
