    Actually, Broadlands Family Practice does EXACTLY that. I went to Dr. Rodriguez with an issue and he not only recommended a wonderful local specialist his nurse popped in to my room while I was preparing to check out and said: "she can see you in an hour- does that fit into your schedule?" they've sent me directly downstairs for radiology appts- no wait, no hassle.

    This is the kind of customer service I EXPECT from my doctor, and always get with Broadlands Family Practice!
