Wanted Basement room for rent

Is anyone looking to rent a room in their basement? We know a nice, young lady (21 years old) with a 1 1/2 year old son looking to rent a room (just for the two of them) in our area. She is very laid back, is employed full time, doesn't drink or smoke (but is not judgmental to those who partake), and is very family oriented. Her worst habit is her daily herbal tea Her son is flexible and a very sweet little boy.
