I think we may have bats in our attic.

Anyone have experience with bat removal?

Recommendations for companies to use? Cost? Advice?

I love bats -- they eat mosquitoes and other annoying insects. But I don't want them in my house.

I would double check during the day... take a look in your attic if you can and check the rafters.

When I had squirrels in my attic I used http://www.veteranpest.com/contact-us.html

These guys are great and have specialists in this kind of issue. Let them know Dave in Broadlands sent you. They will come and check and give you advice and an estimate.

We sat on the driveway this evening (8:45) and counted 25 bats fly out of an apex near the 2nd floor master bedroom. Eww. I'll call them tomorrow. Thanks for the recommendation.

That could be the vent tube connected to one of your fans in a bathroom or shower area. Just make sure to block up that hole at the end. Good luck.
