People are also always posting that they NEED hours for various things-- not that they WANT hours for the joy of helping out. I have close to 600 volunteer hours over the past two years yet have not been required to have any-- I volunteer because I enjoy doing it. Many of the community service projects they are forced to do and voice publicly how they wish they could be 'sleeping in' or 'playing Xbox'.

Curious, anyone with kids attending BWHS received their class schedules yet? Thanks.

You can go into guidance and pick them up or wait for them to be delivered next week.

Briar Woods evidently ran out of cafeteria food today leaving about 100 kids without lunches to buy. I've never heard of that before - what's going on over there?

The Boy just told me that when they have D lunch (latest block for lunch) that there's very little selection left and he rarely sees anything he wants but is so hungry that he has no choice but to eat whatever there is.

time to start making him lunches on those days.
