I felt like I was in a dream when Bad Luck was playing Tuesday's Gone and their bubble machine was kicking out zillions of bubbles...I was just so happy! Great band!!

Why so many security guards and guns?

have you ever witnessed a pattern of behavorial issues or criminal mischief there...?

    ZACTLY. :)

outside of one or two isolated incidents each season, we have very few behavioral issues at Broadlands Live and I strongly believe the security presence has a lot to do with it. we have PLENTY of troublemakers in Ashburn that would likely make trouble if they thought they could get away with it.

any issues we HAVE had have quickly been squashed without interrupting the event and almost no one even knowing there even WAS an issue. they do a FANTASTIC job for us, and i'd rather they HAVE guns and not need them over the opposite.

and i'd much rather answer your queston shim, than answer the other question which would be "xxx happened when we went to Broadlands Live- why don't you have better security?"

Guns? I've noticed plenty of security, but never noticed they actually had guns.

quick! everyone throw down grass seed that nees rain to flourish! NOBODY should wash and wax the car, turn on a sprinkler or plan an outdoor party- these will surely trigger rainstroms... lol
