Cars parking across sidewalks

    Did the offenders talk to him before they sped down his road? The provocative action was the fast driving, not the documentation of it!

    It's my observation that the speeders on our cul-de-sac are parents rushing to and from sporting events and lessons with kids in toe. They're oblivious to their surroundings. There's no speed limit sign (should be 5mph). Cars also enter our street, perhaps thinking it's a thru-way since there's no sign stating "no throughway" and once they realize it's a cul-de-sac they high-tail it out of the street.

    I think my question to bassman, "Did you consider talking to your "neighbors" first prior to the cones and radar gun and if not, what were your reasons for taking such provocative action?" was reasonable. Bassman used the word "neighbor" so I presume they are driving on the street they live on as well.
