    Long story short we made a large purchase after Christmas not thinking we'd be downsizing our house come next Christmas.

    I bought this tree online and have not opened the box yet. I'm hoping someone is in need of a new artificial tree and can pay what we paid. I'll even deliver it (since we had it delivered to our doorstep).
