Clyde's Restaurant Update

    As an adjacent property owner, I received a notification letter today from the Loudoun Dept of Planning informing me the Clyde's "land development application has been officially accepted for processing as of February 9, 2004. The application will be sent to the appropriate referral agencies for review." Anyone wishing to review the application, can review it in the file room located in the Dept of Building and Development or they can contact Ginny Rowen, Project Manager, (703) 777-0246.

    The proposal for this application, SPEX 2003-0034, was "A Special Exception to amend SPEX 2001-0029 to permit revisions to the architecture of the approved restaurant." I'm guessing this is the stone front change they requested. The proposal also states there is "no increase in square footage."
