Community playground danger

    I left a message at the HOA office this afternoon but, in case there's a Board Member reading here, maybe this can be addressed faster than tomorrow morning. While at the playground off Glebe View Dr this afternoon I saw a large coil of barbed wire placed by the garbage can. It was too big for me to simply place in the can. If it could be removed asap I'd really appreciate it. I wouldn't want anyone cutting themselves on it, especially the little ones who use the playground! Thanks!
