Croson Road - Trash

    Is any part of Croson part of Broadlands? Just noticed that there's a good amount of trash on the roadside. Since it does border another development is the road all VDOT?

    I believe the road has not been turned over to VDOT and currently belongs to two developers--Pulte (from Claiborne until the curb has a slight "curve"--evidentually they somehow were "off" by a foot or so....geez...) and Richmond American (from the "curve" until Old Ryan Road). Most of the trash has been a result of the contractors working on the Broadlands, Pulte (Windmere?), and Richmond American (Amberleigh) sites. I am constantly picking up trash in my back yard, too.
