Cub Scout Pack 997 is looking for new K-5 Scouts

    St. Theresa Parish’s Pack 997 will be conducting its Join Scouting Event for boys in Kindergarten through 5th grades. Pack 997 is excited for Lions (Kindergartners) joining the Pack this year, which is a new official rank in the Cub Scout program. Pack 997's Join Scouting Event will be held on Wednesday, September 19 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm in the St. Theresa School cafeteria.

    Events for which the Pack 997 Cub Scouts participated in last year included an Honor Flight welcoming veterans at Dulles International Airport, overnight camping on the USCG Taney, Scouting for Food, walking in the Leesburg Christmas Parade, car racing in the Pinewood Derby, packing food during (You)th vs Hunger, week-long summer camp, rocket launching, hiking, camping, fishing, and many other events.
