Deck Recommendation

    Looking for recommendations for deck contractors. Have an existing wood deck which needs to be taken down and will need to have a new one built.

    PHSI has done some fantastic work in Broadlands. He's doing my basement finsihing right now and I've seen his work on neighbors' decks and patios. http://www.phsi.net/

    I can say from experience NOT to use Kenny Williams Construction. They constructed a good deck, but were not responsive to follow-up phone calls, did not honor their warranty, lied to me on several occasions about why they couldn't get someone out to our house (a mother died, the owner was sick, owner developed MS, didn't get my VM, etc). They were truly terrible to work with. And then they show up to do another neighbor's deck so I waited for the foreman to leave so I could ask him about my deck. Still didn't get anything resolved. And the white truck they drove had the testicles ornament hanging from the hitch.
