Digging on Chickacoan?

    Anyone know what's up on Chickacoan? They have the grass marked by Miss Utility and seem to be digging trenches of some sort. FIOS was the first thing that came to mind, but that seems to good to be true, I thought it was far off.

    If they're within the utility easement, it could be Verizon ... what are of Chickacoan ??

    it's right next to the green shopping center and the sunoco.

    my husband asked them today what they were digging for, it's just the cable company...Comcraptic!
