    From LeesburgToday:

"Intermittent delays and an overnight closure are planned on the Rt. 28 North ramp to Dulles Airport. Drivers can expect delays between 10 a.m. and noon Wednesday. The ramp will be blocked to traffic in several 15-minute increments to allow for the delivery of construction materials.

The airport entrance ramp from Rt. 28 North will also be closed overnight from 8 p.m. March 30 to 8 a.m. March 31. The closure will affect drivers traveling north on Rt. 28 to the airport from the Chantilly, Centreville and Manassas areas.

The overnight ramp closure will allow construction crews to put up steel girders to support a new overpass, which will carry drivers from both directions of Rt. 28 to the airport's economy parking lots and rental car facilities. This $56 million roadway project concentrates on the north area of Dulles and is part of the overall airport construction program. The road construction is expected to be complete next spring.

The entrance ramps for drivers traveling to the airport on Rt. 28 South from the Sterling area or those arriving via the Dulles Airport Access Highway or the Dulles Greenway will remain open at all times. The entrance ramp from Rt. 28 North to Rt. 267 will also remain open at all times."
