Make an appointment 3 days out, schedule childcare, rearrange schedule, show up and I don't have an appointment. Imply that they're doing me a favor for 'squeezing me in' for a $175+ service. I think not. So tired of this attitude around here! What ever happened to customer service?!?

So what do you get for $175?

When it comes to women's hair, men just need to keep their mouths shut. :D

So sorry you had a mistake with your appointment. That is truly a pain--Honestly, I have been a customer of Eclips for over 3 years (Jennifer B. for hair, Homa for skin) I've never had an appt. error. In fact, they have an automated call the day before to confirm. I'm certain if you called the manager/owner and you mentioned how inconvenient the error was, they may compensate a percentage or free retail product. There's a lot of choices in the area and they are not the least expensive, but all the techs do outstanding work. It's comparable to NYC and LA, both of which charge the same $$. Best of luck!

Yes, it's outrageous and typically cost another $100 with a different color process. Compared to some salons this is cheap and NO, it does not last a long time. 6-8 weeks is normal but many women go in every 4 weeks. It really depends on how quickly your hair grows.

PS Does anyone know where the Eclipse manicurist went to work?
