Our water heater stopped working today. Any recommendations on who to contact to evaluate/fix it?
Apart from checking the furnace switch (on) and the fuse-box (not tripped), is there anything that I can check?

Our house is 2001 built...so the heater is not that old..

Update: I was abe to get the pilot fame to light up. The instructions in the manual to light up the pilot are wrong hence I was not able to get it to light up.
2 pipes are visible/accessable at the pilot opening. The manual state to hold the lighted match-stick at the end of the larger pipe to fire-up the pilot. This is wrong. The pilot is lit up when the lighted matched is heat the end of the smaller pipe. I found this out only after I called the manufacturer (Reem).

    Thanx for the help.

That's ironic. We woke this morning to find our water heater pilot light out too. First time in 8 years. Like yours, ours took a little bit of trial and error with match position, but then it lit pretty easily.
