Love it when you contradict your own statements; priceless...

You might also want to mention that you make the statement that the only solutions are the developers because that is where you stand to profit the most, being in that world and all.

You also stated that the Task Force was a big waste of time. I think the consensus with the regulars here is that you never made an effort to be part of the taskforce, when asked to provide your input, you never did, and that you are simply trashing it down because nobody was interested in "the world according to Lee" type of development. Not to mention how you personally attacked many of the members of the task force publicly for even trying to do something for Waxpool road, while you stayed at home, complaining about everything and not making an effort to be part of the actual solution.

We've already discussed all of this, so no need to further re-hash all this stuff; anyone can search the forums and read it for themselves. Please, in this particular case, make an effort to just move on and let it go please...

I heard a rumor that the real center of Loudoun county is actually a den in the Regency... something about the gravitational pull of a large dense object pulling everything into it

I went to several meetings and when I saw there was zero money and weak developer input it was doomed to be a waste of time.

And just what roads are being built right now without developer money??? I rest my case. :) And the special session in Richmond next week to solve the road problems looks doomed to failure because of the republicans. :pofl:

You went to several meetings? Hmmm, from my recollection, you went to at least one meeting, with reps from your HOA, who shall I say were not very 'productive' at the meeting, to put it lightly...

Can you please elaborate on how many task force meetings you attended please? It's easy to trash something you didn't even make an effort to participate in...

I was also at the end of the one at the school admin building and Dalyn and I had a long talk with Steven Snow after. And further I had many private conversations with Steven Snow about waxpool outside the waxpool taskforce. :)And we also went to the famous one at broad run high school.:devil2: I guess I am going to have to put up a web site to correct all the misinformation you and steve and others say about me like Obama found necessary to do. ;) The point is it takes money to build roads and the state and county do not have much to do so. The money people whom many of you hate but live in their homes and neighborhoods planned and designed before any of you were here to complain and now try to screw that good work up. No wonder Van Metre does not want to release control of the broadlands HOA to you citizens until they are long gone. Well the developers have the money not the politicians. I will make it simple Mr Linux and Steve roads take money to build. Developers have money to build roads. Is that simple enough????

Just wait for the park and ride gets built off shellhorn if you want to see a traffic nightmare in the making.

Traffic is already a nightmare. The park n' ride ain't gonna make it any worse. And isn't one suppose to be "good" for traffic and the environment?!?

Once again Lee, thank you so much for insulting all Broadlands residents once again.

Folks, let's give our good neighbor Lee from the Regency development a big hand of applause for telling us we're all a bunch of morons and that we don't deserve to run our own HOA.

    Thanks Lee!

Jeez Linux you and steve seem to be very very unhappy people so it does not matter what I say. You and steve always need a victim I guess so you feel better about yourselves. I really don't know. Lighten up Linux the world is not coming to the end at least not for many more years.:) I just present the side how I see it that most of you don't because yo don't work in the world of design and planning and development you just get to live and work in the products we create. I don't mean to sound like a know it all but I am very good at what I do and I am the first person the developer/builder calls even before they buy the property. Many times they ask me to lay out the streets and roads and design design the entrance features, clubhouses and any number of things long before I design the first homes. Many times I work with the site engineers in giving them a rough layout of the streets and where all the public buildings will go and the model home park. It is a team effort, but generally I am the first call and the team leader. :) You all see it after the streets go in and the models are built. Linux just trying to give you a different perspective. Are you like this at your real job too everday????????? ;)

Me? Nahhh, I don't need to go around boasting about myself to feel good about things. Interesting that so many people call on you for all these things, yet you spend about 6 hours a day visiting these forums, and a few others. I guess once they call you, the calls don't last very long...

You on the other hand have some serious ego issues.

And I still think Broadlands residents deserve an apology for your idiotic comment about how we shouldn't be in control of our own HOA.

I believe you should ask Van Metre for the apology they are the ones that have not let you control your own HOA, it has nothing to do with me. :devil2:

Obviously, you missed the Dale Carnegie course. I'd like to apologize for the Broadlands residents who have "screwed" up the area. We should just leave everything to the experts because "we citizens" don't know as much as you.

I know Gryphon doesn't like to associate with "those types" on our HOA Board. Now we know how you feel as well!

Well this is terrific why don't you all form a little club and call it Lee Bashers :pofl::pofl::devil2::devil2: I would like that :devil2::devil2:

There has always been Linux and Steve the Club originators then Silence showed up. And now you have this new guy Chsalas :pofl::pofl: And maybe you can call yourselves the unhappy sad boys :devil2::devil2::devil2::devil2: It is hilarious how a few of you waste so much time worrying about what I say. :pofl:

At least Cliff has dignity and manners and a sense of humor.:) and does not take me so seriously:) Thank god Cliff is your HOA president I don't think you others would have the patience or the diplomacy to handle a tough job like that. :devil2:

First, I'm not new, been here long enough. Especially long enough to recognize someone who can only complain about things, and won't fix em. Your constant thread jacking and nonsense is old.

Secondly, you better Kiss Cliff's a$$. I'm glad he is our HOA president. He is level headed, and down to earth. He knows what needs to be done and is connected to the area fairly well. He also keeps this forum open to people like you.

Personally, I would bounce you because you never seem to have anything positive or productive to add. Especially to the Broadlands. And since we are on the subject, when was the last time you live in the Broadlands? I suspect not anytime recently. So your constant trolling on the this forum is somewhat annoying. I suspect your the middle child from a larger family that didn't get much attention. So now you run around different forums in the area ( I know you do) stirring the pot. If you need attention, get a dog, and while your at it get a life.
