    Hello, we purchased in BL HOA but never received any access cards. Anyone know if there is an agreement to be supplied to new homeowners initially? I need to pay $25 for the card when I'm already paying 189 to the HOA per month ?

    Hello, there is a one time charge of $25 for the fitness center access card. The charge is not refunded if the card is returned. Complete information is available on the website.

    My bad!
    I had previously posted that I thought the $25 charge was refundable. It is not!
    Sorry if I caused any confusion.
    My wife is right.....I don't know everything!
