Any evidence of the other restaurants there being worked on?

Right side of shopping plaza looks like Sorrento Grill, a pizza place and a Thai place. The left side is still under construction and no signs hanging yet.

Went to Five Guys and it was crowded but Yummy. Only 2 complaints...wish they would think about taking credit cards and it is pretty hard to hear them calling out your # when the order is ready. They need some other type of system for order distribution maybe?

The five guys in Chantilly takes credit now, mention it to this one and they may follow suit.

The one in Herndon does NOT take cc. Both Herndon and Ashburn have ATM machines inside. Would be nice if they take VISA. It's everywhere I want to be...isnt it?

I've never eaten at five guys, but I always liked Fuddruckers when I do have the desire to eat fast food, which isn't often.

Another hamburger place - Fosters Grill - is opening soon next to Panera by the Home Depot. They have great hamburgers and shakes, at least at the one in Old Town Manassas.

How many hamburger chains can be supported in Ashburn? (Not counting Red Robin by the Dulles Town Center)

I like the burgers at both places (Five Guys and Fuddruckers). The fries at Five Guys is what keeps me going back. They send you home with close to 10 pounds of fries with your order. :hurl:

Maybe if we can get a Johnny Rockets and a Steak N Shake, I'd be satisfied with the number of burger joints. :)

    MMMMMMMMMMM... Johnny Rockets.... *drool*

I hadn't even noticed that anything else by Home Depot and Panera was almost ready to open. (PRobably because I haven't yet been to Panera.) Must check that out.

I am a beef-a-holic raised on Omaha beef, and my carnivorous rating for JUST the beef: 5 guys is superior to Fuddruckers, and Fosters (in Vienna) is superior to 5 Guys. all use good quality beef, all have great options for topping the burger. i am banning myself from any of these places for at LEAST 15 pounds... sigh.

Steak 'n Shake- open 24 hours!! That's why I'd love one! (not to mention their "grilled" buttery buns)

Can anyone help me out with any 24 hour places around here??

Had my first Five Guys experience last night. Quite good. I can see myself frequenting it, unless it's rush hour.

Line was to the door, and I was out in about 15 minutes. Not too bad.
