For rent: Luxury Suite in Virginia Beach (06/07 to 06/14)

The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel, a 19 floors resort right on the beach(http://www.vboceanbeachclub.com).
This is our timeshare that we can't use this year. Reservation will be under your name after payment.

GREAT PRICE (great savings, no tax!):

1) Unit A -$550 for 6/7-6/10 and $590 for 6/10-6/14, $1,100 for the whole week, one bedroom suite (Sleeps 4).
One queen bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with queen pullout sofa bed. Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request. TV in living room, high speed Internet access. The official hotel rate for a one bedroom suite is about 299/night plus tax.

2) Unit B -$350 for 6/7-6/10 and $375 for 6/10-6/14, $700 for the whole week, one bedroom studio (Sleeps 2).
one bedroom/bath studio, a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.

3) You may combine unit A and B for $1,750 for the whole week

Resort Amenities: Oceanfront Pools, Indoor and outdoor pools, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Game Room.

The official hotel rate for in the same period is about $299/night plus tax for the suite and $190/night for the studio.
