The Hubin Comprehensive Bibliography of Crime Fiction 1749 - 1990.

People, this is the bible of crime fiction. I own this two-volume set because I used to work in a mystery bookstore, lo these many years ago.

I love this reference, but life goes on and, though it breaks my heart, I'm ready to hand The Hubin on.

Judging from Amazon.com, this is the latest edition.

Liz, why not have a yard sale? You could probably earn back some of the money you spent on all the freebies you have listed here.

 

Because it's more important to us to have them go to people who really want them and will use them than to make money off of them, and because we'd rather not have a yard sale in the middle of winter.

Our process has been: spot something in our house. Question: do we use this? If so, we pack it immediately. If not, we list it immediately. It's been really helpful because we don't have to make the decision over and over again.

And I've gotten to meet some wonderful people.

So wins all around.

 

Thats what we do with clothes. Did we wear it this season, has it been worn in the last year. if not out it goes via Purple Heart, or Lupus.
