Hi, my name is Tori and I am a former girl scout and current JMU student. I have already taught one troop the comic artist badge and received positive feedback, so I decided to reach out on this forum to see if any other troops were interested. Along with this badge, I also have the skillset to teach Painting and Drawing badges. I teach these badges over a zoom call and it spans 1-2 hours depending on the age of the girls involved. I have altered it in small ways to ensure every girl would be able to participate with the materials they have around their home. My rate is $5 per girl scout participating.

    Hi Tori

You should reach out to the local Service Unit Managers. They can send out to their troops.

Dena McGuiggan is the SUM for SU 70-5 in Ashburn Village. Her email is denascouts@gmail.com. She may be able to give you the contact info for other SUMs in Loudoun.

You may also want to join some Loudoun women's pages on Facebook. Search "Loudoun Women" and you will find quite few. You can then post there too.

This is a link to all the "Art" badges for all levels of GS. Are then any others you could teach? My granddaughter's troop is Brownies, moving up to Juniors. https://www.girlscoutshop.com/GIRLS/OFFICIAL-BADGES-PINS/custitem_badges_n_pins/Art

Finally, GSCNC has been offering many free virtual badges via Zoom this spring. I understand you are probably trying to make some money, but you may want to reach out to the council if you would consider offering through their platform. https://www.gscnc.org/en/council/about-us/girl-scouts-at-home.html#VirtualTroopMeetings

I will! Thank you for the information. Also, I would be able to teach the drawing and painting badges as well if you have any interest.
